I am surprised that this player doesn’t have his own thread. Since he played for Sporting and Lille I’ve been following him. Since the restart he has scored a few goals for AC Milan, and had a well taken one again today in their victory over powerhouse Juventus. He is still only 21. He has good feet, quick, and is technically sound. He also seems like he built up some muscle. When he scored the camera zoomed in on him and he had very impressive deltoids. When I was a player I worked out my deltoids heavily, as a strong back helps you shield the ball. He was doing that superbly today as seen by his goal. Let’s keep tabs on him. I am wondering what people’s thoughts on Leao are? But I ask that comments please be limited to those persons who have either played the game, coached , or have some scouting experience. Thank you,
Rafael Leao scored a great individual goal today against Sampdoria in Serie A. This is why he needs to start for Portugal.
he should because who else would start? I think he compliments Ronaldo very well. He is more Talented than Andre Silva for example.
Rafael Leao has talent. He will likely be called up for Portugal soon. He reminds me in many ways of the Brazilian Juary who played for FC Porto, he scored one of our goals in the 1986/87 ECC /CL win against BAYERN MUNICH.

ya I think he had 4 goals and two assists in 7 games. Been a key player in all games so far this year. I think this is his break through year.
This guys attitude is trash. Awful performances for the u21s. That’s probably the reason he’s not called up if I were to guess
He should at least be given a chance with the senior squad . If he sucks then stop calling him. Simple.
With Rafael Leao and Trincao called- they shoild both play on the wings. Drop fernandes and Jota and play Bernardo Silva in the middle. Unfortunately fernandes doesn’t suit the tactics
