In fact he was still in our 2014 world cup training camp until he told Pekerman that he was not comfortable taking the spot for a healthier player.

Falcao is professional enough to tell them if he should come or not.

Who's the striker for Nacional? Who's the back up striker? Those are our options.

    Falcao out for a month.

A shame since he was doing so well and then this shit comes up.

It could have been a lot worse but damn man.

just realized that Vergara wasn’t called either!!

tho 3rd option they list is Chara haha which I mean ….. if he calls him and we get 0 points he should be fired.

tho maybe another Nacional player gets called or even better…. No one like last month

Gotta be frustrating for him when he's on such good form and wants to be involved with us desperately I'm sure. I don't think he will but it would be great to have him there in the dressing room this cycle. With James problems Falcao being there imo would be like the level headed big brother to look out and maybe scold his stupid younger brother for some of his missteps.

Add to that two Europa titles where he was integral to Porto and Atlético Madrid’s success

I’d say he’s the most accomplished overall.

I was asking based on just goals scored, his career vs any other Colombian player? I mean I would think James has much deeper pockets and is more "accomplished" in that arena (although divorces can be costly). Aristi and Valenciano were in the low 200s.

    Iván René Valenciano 267

    Not sure if accurate.

And the guy did it without being super gifted physically in any department, just a testament to hard work and intelligence.

His leaping ability and explosiveness early in his career was outstanding.

Might be debatle with Ivan Ramiro Cordoba... wasn't prolific in scoring, but naturally due to his position..

If just NT, then Iguaran, Valencia, Asprilla and Valenciano would be relevant.

Valenciano who also starred at Atalanta by coincidence.
