Amen. A great game against the scum will redeem this whole season (for me, at least, who came into this season with horrible expectations, which the club is more or less meeting).

Us 2 - Them 1. I can feel it. I think the recent bad results will give us a shot in the arm. They also haven't played to their optimum of late, so it's a good time as any to play them.

This is my favorite Arsenal goal ever. It completely represents
the team passing, offensive vision, pace, and skill of the
1st year I followed The Arsenal. It also involves so many
    great players:

0:30-0:60 (The goal to which I am referring).

we should get handled pretty easily. spurs are much more talented.
will take an effort i haven't seen this year to win.

Time to focus on arsenal again instead of all the bitching. Can't wait for the game.

Um, their "rough" patch of recent form still has them 6 - 3 - 1 since the New Year.

We could certainly win this game, Spurs are in relatively uncharted territory, being this good this late in the season, and we may very well catch them on a bad day. But to equate their recent bad form with our bad form, well, that's just off. This is much more likely to be very bad for us, though I admire your optimism.

I'm holding out hope that with us playing on a world class pitch for the first time in weeks spurs will be left chasing shadows... throughout our current shit spell we've still been capable of dominating possession, so I have some hope. If Theo and Gervinho have good games we certainly have a shot. It's going to be very important that we can get solid defending from our fullbacks.

Well since they haven't been on top form lately, it is a good time to play them. This is the same Spurs team who at virtually full strength didn't beat Stevenage. I did not equate our bad form with theirs.

I'm so sick of fans crapping on our club, it's weak. Have a little faith people. We're down, but we're not out. This game will be massive. If we lose we're done, if we win, we're back in it.

We're out of the title race, dude. Even if we lose, we still have a good shot at fourth. The only thing a win does for us in this game is make fourth more likely and make a St. Totteringham's Day appearance this year more realistic.

Pretty much. This game is just as big as any other EPL game the rest of the season (unless we have 1 game left and if we win we're 4th.) We have to depend on Chelsea losing or drawing and us winning. Good luck with that!

Heh, 3 days until the NLD (at home) and we're only at 22 posts.

Then again it is pretty hard to type while in the fetal position. :p

Should be interesting to see who starts this one. Gibbs is not listed as injured so I would expect him back and Kos was supposed to be back for this one.

    Gervinho---RVP---AOC
    Arteta---Song---Ramsey
    Gibbs---Vermaelen--Kos--Sagna
