A German tv commenator said during the match, that Klinsmann assisted Arena at a training some moths ago. So i think they are good friends.
I think Klinsmann had a Benjamin (a $100 bill for those who aren't "with it") in his hand and when he shooks Arena's hand the transaction was made. Klinsmann said, "thanks for bringing your B team" and Arena said, "I had no choice, but if I did you would've been without a job within the next 2 hours."
