    Huge win!

First time we've won at Meat boys in a long time.

I'll post some comments from my friends in Genova later.

    From my friend in Genova:

Diana and Falcone played well today,
Our guys played quite well, not as fast as 1st Half, Bazzani, Flachi,
Donati, Diana and Marazzina try to make some fierce shoot but Empoli
Goalkeeper Bucci, done several good actions to protect their team :)

35' 2nd Half : Flachi out for Marazzina
43' 2nd Half : Volpi out for Valtolina

    Line Up :
    Antonioli
    Bettarini Falcone Conte Zenoni
Doni (Palombo) Donati Volpi (Valtolina) Diana
    Bazzani Flachi (Marazzina)

Another 3 great point we got...
Well have a nice weekend guys....

Doni's goal didn't actually cross the line (free kick which hit the bar and went straight down). He was carried off on a stretcher shortly afterward. Any word on how serious it is?

Sprained ankle. Heard they expect him back in 2 weeks...so he doesn't miss a game.

Great game. Samp hit a couple of bars in the first half and probably should have won but were at the same time lucky to tie it with a goal in the last few minutes. Perugia still hasn't won a Serie A game all year.

Heard Flachi's two goals were both bicycles. Amazing!

Apparently he has stepped up to play, oh wait, they were playing Perugia :p

    WOW!

Saw the highlights, and Flachi was golden this week. Wish I got this one on FSW.

The first bounced off the surprised keeper and got cleared part-way only to get crossed right back in for an identical shot from the other side - this one went in. Man, I wish I could do that. :D

thats a real good win for Samp, Udinese had been playing real well...

Samp is a solid bet for a UEFA Cup spot for sure.

Actually, the game was pretty even. Two defensive blunders by Reggina either side of the break. But for most of the game, Reggina actually controlled the action - of course, after it was 2-0, Reggina was forced to press the attack. They simply don't have a Bazzani-like poacher to finish when needed. Flachi was stretchered off just before halftime. Haven't heard how he is. It occurred on a harsh tackle a few minutes after he'd raked a Reggina player across the head with his cleats.

where was the Reggina's player's head? or Flachi's foot?

The game was even, and Samp were lucky to get the first goal, but apparently Cipriani played well and was man of the match.

Reggina guy had slid in to make a good legal tackle, Flachi stepped/leapt over him, not making much effort to miss his head.

Cipriani is good. I was shocked when Bologna loaned him to Piacenza. Did Samp just buy him or is it another loan?

Flachi could be out for the rest of the season.

I think they bought Cipriani - coming off an injury, I think the price was cheap.
