It will be interesting to see how Roeder plays this ....

after all, Mourinho and Sky Sports announcers have already claimed the three points for the Blues.

This is how "made for tv movies" start..... the odds were stacked against them! No surrender no retreat 0-0 with Jose sent off for pantsing Babyaro and three more players will get hurt because the physio is insane and is trying to kill all his patients.

Stuff the commie bastards! 5-0 on their asses.

(I really don't see how we're going to get anything. 2-0 or 3-1 to the evil empire.)

Here's the list of available players...

Given, Srnicek, Taylor, Ramage, Huntington, Babayaro, Butt, N'Zogbia, Milner, Pattison, Troisi, Gate, Edgar, Martins, Sibierski, Luque, Rossi, Carroll.

Someone want to try to make a compo.

"Injuries to Stephen Carr and Nolberto Solano, his stand-in, dictate that James Milner, a winger, will probably occupy that position."

Given, Milner, Ramage, Taylor, Babayaro, Pattison, Butt, N'zogbia, Luque, Rossi, Martins would be my guess. Either that or Huntington gets the start, bumping Milner to right wing, Pattison to left and Luque to the pine.

    From Soccernet:

"Given the fact that Newcastle have not won at Stamford Bridge in more than 20 years, and that they headed south with 13 senior players on the injury list, the omens for a change of fortune are not promising."

Nothing to be worried about! :)

Swap Taylor with Huntington and you're probably right.

    Will Hill odds

    Chelski win 1/5
    Draw 19/5
Newcastle win 11/1... still not enough to waste a 1$ on.

All I hope is that we don't have another injury adding on to the list.

It's set up for the Toon to shock the Prem today. 0-0 and Butt breaks his foot.

    How about this?

    GK: Shay
    LB: Babs
    CB: Taylor
    CB: Ramage
RB: Huntington (haha at least our RB is better than our LB)
    LM: Luque
    RM: Milner
    CDM: Butt
    CAM: Zogs
    ST: Martins
ST: Super Sib, if healthy, if not Rossi.

Even though I can't say I'm optimisitc for a third match in a row, I can at least watch us get destroyed. I'd say 3-1 Chelsea, hope I'm wrong. I'd like nothing more than to stick it to the bastards.

I think he'll probably play Pattison instead of Luque and Rossi will probably start with Antoone on the bench.

Plus the fact Nicky Butt is back makes me believe we can get something...

Not a bad idea since I've read somewhere that Zog can fill in quite nicely in the middle.

Give Luque a chance. Then, we can sell him for more if he does well....

Probably, but I'd rather see Luque get a chance and Pattison come on at half if Luque is being a twat.

I'm sure Super Sib will start off unfortunately. He probbaly wouldn't be travelling if it weren't for our situation. Gotta love his attitude though. He's just happy to play whenever he can.

Nicky Butt is huge, when I saw the news the other day I'm pretty sure I had a good laugh at our situation.

I just want to be proud coming out of today that we put in a good performance.

Reports from the Chelsea board indicate both Sheva and Drogba will not start. That means ol' glass ankle Robben is in.

That kid scares me on the ball. I think the only way we get a result is to try and clog the midfield and play physical. Like we did with the Gooners at home last year when Shearer throw Toure into the advertising boards.

The game's on tv folks, FSC.
We're currently playing the "10 defenders in the box" formation.

David Edgar is the only defender on the bench...

As a Canadian, I'm proud he made the bench, but I dearly hope he doesn't have to make his debut tonight.

If Rossi gets us a result, then Fergie won't be able to say that his loan was a waste... ;)
