I agree you are faster and stronger, but that does not make you better, okay maybe it does.

Honduras may be faster and stronger (individual talent in general,) with El Salvador more tactical/organized. Anyone remember what happened exactly forty years ago the last time you two met in a qualifier:D

I don't think they are more talented, they are just stronger and faster but that does not mean more talent.

Judging solely from the last group of matches, Honduras has the best attack in CONCACAF. But considering El salvador played away from home, Mexico changed coaches, and history showing the US usually starts of shaky before tightening up at the end, it could change.

If CR at home couldnt beat ES by that amount of goals, I doubt Honduras will...;)

also without Castillo & Cheyo, - - - ROmero and Zelaya were our only go to guys on offence. DOnt forget Monteagudo hit the post, and would have made it 1 - 0. Ramon Sanchez had a great game. Also dont forget that in first game of the previous round vs. CR, ES was also unlucky, OH WELL . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ..LIFE GOES ON :( I still dont see why these other people from CR and Honduras think they are so much better . I agree they have a lot of talent, but they have the same problem with Mexico that they have players all over the world and it's hard for them to train together. Thats ES has improved and has show good result becasue of the continuity of their current squad. You know De Los Cobos has coached ES more than 50 games now.

ES hasnt convinced me enough for me to say that they are more talented or even be able to put up a fight in San Pedro Sula. If ES cant even win at home wat makes anyone think they can win away? And if they cant beat Mexico in ES then we will all know whos gonna be the weakest link of the HEX.

Your starting to sound like "warlord " predicting ES they will be rapped, but thats ok, or other people saying ES will only generate 1 point in the entire qualifying. Keep punching your chest for your Honduras who beat down a Melancholic Mexico squad.

If you dont believe in fortune of luck you forget 2002 qualifying when Honduras lost to Trinidad&Tobago totally dominating the game, hit the post 7 times and still lost 1-0.

Bro Honduras is on paper, by results, by the media a better team. Of course the game has to be played, but to say that honduras is not the better team right now is ludicrous. I say ES of course has a chance, specially cause of honduras history of choking and this being a rivalry game where players play their hearts out. Nonetheless i would be amazed if ES gets a draw here though.

This is going to be a good game. I can hardly wait. It's going to be really tough trying to cover the extremely fast and talented players Honduras has, however we also have talented players. Hopefully none of our players get reds or injured before this game. SPS is going to explode this game, should be great to watch. I honestly think we have a great chance of coming out with a tie out of Honduras. We would of vs CR but we didn't have Cheyo and Castillo.

that kid scares me Castillo...but luckily Palacios is there and so is Hendry so he can step over and do all that but. no dice with those 2 brick walls.

Castillo is a beast guys, but yeah Wilson and Hendry are really talented as well. They should do well and be a good match up. The only way CC17 will be stopped is by fouling him, just ask USA :)

palacios faces opponents like these on a daily basis. expect for Palacios to body him. or Figeuroa if he goes down the line...and Maynor definitely doesn't play those games.
