With Mexico in firm control the "Group of Death" is set.

    Mexico
    Canada
    Honduras
    Jamaica

It's a shame that only 2 of these four will make the hex...

Mexico is gonna take that group, i'm not so sure about who's gonna take the second spot, Canada and Honduras are both looking strong.

Bermudan newspaper article about today's big game with Trinidad and Tobago:

    http://mongo.siftology.com/siftology.royalgazette/Article/article.jsp?articleId=7d86aa730030000&sectionId=60

There's going to be a sold-out crowd there and it sounds like the public is really fired up for this game. To be honest, this is the game I am most looking forward to today. Too bad there won't be any video coverage of it anywhere (if I'm mistaken, please point me in the right direction!).

Actually, today has several intriguing contests. Can Cuba hold on to a one-goal lead over Antigua and Barbuda? (assuredly they can, especially with four away goals to their credit) Who's going to be the "South American" representative in the next round - Guyana or Suriname? Can Netherlands Antilles topple Haiti? Panama-El Salvador is going to be a heated affair, on and off the pitch.

This will be a fun day.

That article turned me into a Bermudan. Now if you'll excuse, I have to go buy me a flag and some face paint.

    Go Bermuda!

3-0 for CR wasn´t enough to make me happy, but i dont blame medford, he cant go inside the field and score goals, so I am gonna take it on Mambo Nuñez, CR´s worst player last night, the best part of the game was when he got the second yellow card and therefore he wont play on the first game of the goupstage
Very cool night at the stadium, not as funny as a Saprissa game, but it was alright
    Medford still has my support

Very interesting. Costa Rica did the business last night, but you can't help but feel that CONCACAF might have been spared some entertainment by the criminal non-penalty call in the first leg that would have given Grenada a chance to go up 3-0. I didn't think, from a run of play standpoint over the 180 minutes, that CR showed they were a class apart. I still think Medford has to go.

FIFAs report just added a 11th minute goal for Guyana. Its the 40th minute now. If they did score though, that makes it 1-1 on agg (1-1 on away goals).

ESPN reported both scores on its U.S.-Barbados broadcast.

First final of the day: Barbados 0, United States 1

Barbados nearly tied it with five minutes to go but the goal was called off for being (a yard) offside. Cuba-Antigua and Barbuda about to kick off.

Guyana got one back but needed three more due to away goals and lost 2-1, 3-1 on aggregate.

Cuba is pulling away in Havana, up 1-0 today and 5-3 on aggregate with a significant away goals advantage. That game's just about at the half.

Trinidad up 1-0 at halftime, still trailing on away goals.

NA-Haiti still scoreless in the second half.

Apparently Trinidad is really dominating the match.
