I have self-confidence issues and look to others to build my self-esteem, and I've gotten a lot of positive reputation. Is there anyway we can view it all or is it just stuck at 10-12/whatever it is? Much thanks for answering!
I can see 20 different comments and I think that is the limit. As you get more reputation the older comments will disappear to make room.

Can you see other people's rep totals and whether they were positive or negative, like on eBay or other website forums? It would be good when you see something, like news reports, you can check the person's reputation to help determine its possible validity.
The only thing you can do in regards to seeing other people's rep is clicking on their username and going into their profile to see their total.
Ok, what does it mean that sometimes your reputation indicators on the "My BigSoccer" page are green and other times gray? My first thought was that green meant positive rep and gray negative, but a lot of my gray reps have very positive comments beside them.
Gray means that they did rep you, but didn't have enough "juice" to affect you. You'd have to decipher their comments to determine if it was supposed to be positive or negative. If that's not enough, you could always shoot them a PM.
There are no quick questions about the reputation system, and while to some people it is all insignificant, to others it is all significant!
