    i haven't heard anything about it yet, but if we finish in 3rd place in our CL group, do we get a uefa cup spot (i don't know if that rule changed with the new CL format)?

    That would be a no. Lose and your out of Europe this year.

    Not so. 3rd placed teams go into the uefa cup 3rd round
