That picture should be of him punching that ********er in the face... Break those stupid glasses and his nose. ******** you Glazer.
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/footbal...nited-newcastle-dan-ashworth-13-million-deal/ We are only willing to offer a little over 2m GBP. Newcastle insist on 20m for Ashworth. INEOS is reportedly prepared to wait. Telegraph offered this explainer on the role he and Wilcox will play:

hmmm. IF that's true and IF it was for business and not just consulting or whatever, some interesting clients are: Pedro Neto (24) Gonçalo Ramos (22) João Neves (19) João Cancelo (29) Rúben Neves (27)
You didnt ask, but Ill give my thoughts. Keep in mind, we're probably selling Sancho and Greenwood. Doubt were selling Rashford [those who can afford him have better more than likely]. Pedro Neto, injury prone, but better than Antony lmao. Prem Proven. Depending on the pricetag, I'd take him. Ramos? Id rather another option tbh. A different type of striker. Neves? Im sure we'd all love him, but he seem to good for us and out of our price range. Cancelo? lol Ruben Neves. If we dont get him this summer, i think we should forget it. His age...
🚨An update on our FFP position, new rules, etc.🔺How much is MUFC's ability to spend affected by which position in the PL the club finish? Before sales, the impact is fairly significant. good read. i will need to do some verification though. the hypothetical sounds promising but it isn't reality
I love that Ineos is giving content creators an infinite amount of content to generate, but I'm still not sold. I need action, not dreams. And the biggest action Ineos needs to make is SELL THESE ********ING PLAYERS.
once again, it is hard to sell what no one wants to buy. it may even come down to cancelling contracts and eating the losses. IF they're serious anyway
This team is at a point where that really may be the case. It's a matter of short/medium term pain for long term gain. Rotten to the core, money policy and transfer policy-wise, doesn't even begin to describe it. That's why I will remain EtH in until Ineos starts to turn this roster over. Maybe it's easier for me because I've never known a truly successful United team, just this abject failure.
We've already seen lots of action. They have been fast and decisive, without being reckless. Berrada, Wilcox and getting Ashworth to essentially resign are all bold and strategic moves. They will get to squad, eventually, but they have to start top down first. Sure, this may yet be another cock up. We don't know yet. However, this will take at least 3 to 5 years to fix, no matter who it is pulling the strings.
I totally agree - I think, at best, this is a 5-year journey if everything actually works out perfectly, to get United back to where everyone thinks they should be. These next few years are going to hurt, maybe even more than this year, especially when those who are already better aren't standing pat. Sure, Berrada/Wilcox/etc are good gets, but Ashworth should have been in months ago to oversee the summer window - regardless of how much it was going to cost to get him from Newcastle. We've also heard nothing about overhauling Carrington or the medical staff. Ineos has been around for almost 6 months and we still have very, very little to show for it - hell, they won't even come out and either back or sack EtH, just letting him dangle in the wind in front of a highly hostile domestic media - that's their biggest sin so far, they should have backed or sacked EtH months ago. They're going to have to move fast, hard, and intelligently to win me over in the summer window.
Carrington is way down the priority list. It's actually a pretty decent facility overall and just had renovations recently. The stadium is a more pressing issue and again, something they've already taken measurable and concrete actions towards addressing. I believe the medical science department will be addressed too but that's going to come from the three new executives. The Ashworth one is tricky because we've all complained for years how we've been mugged in the player market and overpaid for years. We've set records in that area for all the wrong reasons. Paying 20m for Ashworth would be a new compensation record for an executive. We must start drawing lines at some stage. It's going to be painful at first as the market will need time to recalibrate to the new direction we're espousing to take.
I feel like you feel about Ashworth. We can't just pay the highest amount because they think they got us over the barrel. We're going to get him a burner phone and come back for him in 8 months. It may slow down the rebuild but people are going to know we're not here to play games. Will offer you a fair price maybe even above Market but we're not going to be mugged just because you think there should be a Manchester United premium.
