Qualify away from home?

    When was the last time we clinched qualification for the WC away from home? Seriously I don't know, and I'm drunk.

    i remember hearing that we had to qualify by beating T&T away to qualify for the 94 world cup, or something like that.

    is it true?

    it was for 1990 v. TnT for a trip to italy. Caligiuri scored a winner with a shot heard 'round the world.

    Didn't we qualify for WC 98 on the road. IIRC, we beat Canada on a high school field in Burnaby, Britsh Columbia.
