Hey!!!! I just wanted to know if Landon Donovan is going to be there? And if the public is allowed to come see this game?

I'm sure the public will be allowed, and unless there's a National Team game that week, Landon should probably be there, though there's no guarantee he'll play. (Come to think of it, he might not even be there, but who knows.)

    Where is PAL Stadium?
Doesn't sound like the name of the place I saw Cal play three and a half years ago.

If it's in SJ and if I'm guessing right, it's the complex that's right by the 101/280-680 interchange at the NE side.

I wish it were in Berkeley. It's good for the Quakes to expand their presence throughout the Bay Area.

They use it every year for the Central Coast Section semi-finals and championship. I was there with my old high school team in Februrary and it wasn't in the greatest of shape. Wet, thick grass not a perfect flat surface. I can't understand why they would play there. West Valley College, Cal or almost any other decent venue would probably be more appropriate.

The PAL venue has been host to small friendlies in the past. There's also the venues mentioned, plus one mentioned just a bit south off 101--I forget the name but it can also hold a scrimmage.

That might include some of the "south-enders"

    :D

    Cheers!

You are correct sir. The same park that was once home to the San Jose Hawks (when the Blackhawks couldn't get into the MFL and dropped to USISL status).

Doesn't Cal still play on a true rug?
