No Onstad own-goal hat-trick comments Mr. Dahl. :D

For some reason, the words "not bloody likely" leap to mind...

def Donovan. As for Lagos, not a chance. Maybe Onstad.

I voted for Mullan, why? He is hungry fast and recognizes how to be on the end of a great feed from Donovan. If he does get a hat trick I would anticipate that one of them is a complete trash goal, the other two well deserved.

Landon 'You know, I really don't like to shoot' Donovan. - Nope
Brian Ching - If they ever play that Quakes/Cyberrays matchup.
Brian Mulligan - Can he have do-overs?
Ekelund - Do three PK's count?
    Manny 'Blooter' Lagos - unlikely
Alvarez - It's hard to score 3 in the last 5 minutes.
Mulrooney - Sorry dude, ya gotta dial in that long-range bomb, like I've been waiting three years for.
    Russell - hehe, ya right!

OK, we're counting on you Jamil!

    Two words:

Harut Karepetyan. Fastest hat-trick in MLS history. If Harut can do it...

Here let me finish the sentence for you: "Not" by landon but Mullen will do it and end up with a "bloody" nose "likely" given to him by Fish, Garcia, or Preki.

I've said it before, I'll say it again - If Donovan got half the sweet passes that he gives, he'd easily have a hat trick per game. But alas, it's not to be. I"m counting on Mullan to finish off those passes the most consistently of anyone. He gets the nod for the hat trick.

Good post.....also, there is the "flying under the radar", where Donovan gets alot of defensive attention. Cobi got a goal last weekend simply because a weak ball crossed through the box only because 3 defenders swarmed on Ruiz thinking he was the target. Ching, Mullan and Lagos should benefit from the same situation.
