Milanese takes the place of Santos, starting on the left with Matthew Rose moving to central defense. Bircham left the Crewe game with injury and Ainsworth remains in his place. Furlong is again rested with Baidoo getting a second consecutive start.

Royce; Bignot, Shittu, Rose, Milanese; Rowlands, Langley, Ainsworth, Cook; Nygaard, Baidoo.

Bench: Furlong, Santos, Moore, Donnelly, Cole.

    We're underway.

Damn. Chris McCann beat Royce with a Burnley goal against the early run of play.

FYI, Bircham is in the commentary box along with two others. He says lots of this stuff in the media comes from nowhere. He said that the first he heard that someone had put in a bid for him was in the newspaper.

Nygaard comes off early. Hope it's not serious, but three games in such a short period may be too much for him. Paul Furlong has come on.

Royce with a beautiful save -- one-on-one with Ade Akinbiyi from inside the six. Poor shot and nice save and the R's are still down just 0-1.

GOOOOOAAALL QPR!! Ainsworth heads it in the closing moment of injury time before the half. Cross in by Dan Shittu. 1-1!

Just after, the halftime whistle blows.

We're underway in the second half. No changes.

Akinbiyi shot over the bar from about 12 yards in the opening minutes.

    Come on, you R's!

Furs with a shot over the bar with his less-favored right foot from about 8 yards out. Pass from Baidoo. There was some contact in the box, but Furs stayed up and took the shot.

Graham Branch on for Garreth O'Connor for Burnley as the R's are getting on top here the last few minutes.

Matthew Rose comes off, Georges Santos comes on to pair with Shittu. Not sure if it's an injury or just fitness issues.

Scott Donnelly also comes on and replaces Richard Langley.

Double streakers came out on the field and they tried to escape the stewards for a bit after giving a hug to Burnely keeper Brian Jensen. Both were led away after a minute or two.

We're in the three minutes of injury time.

After a corner by Cook, it went out to Milanese, who sent it in to Rowlands who hit the cross bar with his shot. Close one but it was our last chance.

    QPR 1-1 Burnley
    FULL TIME

7 points from our last three. Nice recovery from the R's.

Next up: Blackburn away in the FA Cup.

I went to the match yesterday to get a different view of football while I'm here in London (I really wanted to see a non-Premiership game while I was here).
The QPR keeper made some outstanding saves and kept the Hoops in it. The stop on Adebiyi's shot was amazing.
The QPR goal was awesome, but I have no idea the Burnley defender was doing.

The best part of the match: STREAKERS!!!
Two guys ran onto the pitch with less than five minutes left and proceeded to run around like chickens with their head cut off.

Unlucky hitting the bar in stoppage time, but QPR looked awful in the first half.

Thanks to all the QPR supporters who kept me entertained.

I´ve just seen the match highlights. That save from Royce after the 0-1 is incredible, so is Ainsworth´s goal, too. We can live with that 7 points, I think the Brighton match on Boxing Day should have given us 1 or 3 points more. But maybe we can move up in the table now that a few injured players come back and maybe with some new players Holloway is looking for.

Now I hope for a 1-1 against Blackburn. It´s going to be tough, but why not hope for it ;)
