As noted above, I watched at home. Thank God I didn't have to bear that humiliation in public. Worst league loss in nearly 25 years.

Did Kitty's close? Seems like it moved to DC. Is that right?

I will be watching the game at Flanagans in Bethesda then.

Kitty's closed in Arlington. He already had another bar in DC and I believe he has renamed that Kitty's.

We'll probably watch at home. We live near the Marine Corps Marathon start and there will be lots of road closings.

Our next game, at Stoke on 11/19, will be telecast on Fox Soccer Plus, but will be tape delayed until 4 p.m. eastern.

I think both Stoke and Norwich will only be available live on FoxSoccer.tv (and perhaps a dodgy web stream or two). Two really big matches for three clubs looking to consolidate their positions. I'll be glued to the laptop! ;)

Maybe we can do a DC meet-up for the Liverpool match on December 10th?

I'll stay away from the internet and watch the Stoke game on TV at 4 p.m. Hopefully the Norwich game will be on FSC or FSC+ on delay, too.

Sounds good. I was thinking about joining the Arlington Liverpool guys at their new post-Kitty's home at Ri Ra for that one.

    FS+ delay for Norwich

    2:00 PM
    Barclays Premier League
Norwich City v Queens Park Rangers

And I could be up for Ri Ra, depending on my schedule that morning. Hoping/assuming that we get an FSC or FS+ 10am live slot.

I don't see this weekend's game listed for FSC or FSC+. Is this our first game of the season not to be televised?

I'll be in New Orleans this weekend and was trying to figure out if I needed to carve out two hours in a pub as my grandmother does not have FSC or FSC+. Guess not.

Yeah, doesn't look like there's a same day delay this weekend. Lots of events on the FSC docket with the FA Cup 2nd Round in addition to a full Premier League schedule. Will still be live on FoxSoccer.tv - and I'm sure there will be a stream up on VIPStand or other dodgy sites.

For the Liverpool match - I have something at Noon that day, so might have to watch at home or possibly Fado.

Early kickoff this Sunday vs ManUre, 7am ET. Only available on FS Plus and FoxSoccer.tv.

Fado's listed as opening early (it is Man Utd, so some people may show up) if looking for a pub option...

Summers will be showing the game

    http://www.summers-restaurant.com/soccer.htm

I might head over there as I don't fancy the drive into DC.

I called RiRa and they weren't sure if they were going to be open and suggested I call later. Flannagans is not going to be open.

The last time we had an early start, Summers didn't open at 7 a.m. even though the game was on their list at that time. I think we got in at halftime. You might call them to see when they'll actually be open, but it might not be until 8. I see this on the front page of their website:

    "We open the doors: Monday-Friday 11:00AM and Saturday-Sunday 8:00AM."

You folks should be thankful, longitudinally speaking.
The pub where I go to watch the Minnesota Vikings (lose, of course) is open in time for 10 a.m. kickoffs.
It's called "Streets of London," and heavily advertises that they show EPL matches.

    Somehow, I doubt they open at 4 a.m. :p

I called RiRa and was told they'd be opening at 9 for Liverpool.

Fado said they'd open the doors at 7 and the kitchen would open at 8.

I guess I'll likely be watching at home.

I'll be in DFW for Swansea, Arsenal, and Norwich. My folks have FS, so that covers 2 of the 3 games.

Looks like I'll have to see if I can find an FS+ bar open early to see the Arsenal game. How is that game the one of the three that's harder to see?
