QPR in "Bend it like Beckham"

Has it been mentioned here, or noticed before, that Queens Park Rangers are featured in the recent hit movie "Bend it like Beckham"?

In any event, did anyone notice two rather glaring footie-related errors in this movie, both having to do (directly or indirectly) with the QPR connection?

The two glaring errors I spotted are as follows. Keep in mind I was with a (now) ex-girlfriend at a Santa Cruz movie theater showing a piss poor quality print of the film (they probably thought everybody would be too feckin stoned to realize that the sound quality, to pick the worst aspect, was fuzzier than AM radio in a tunnel) and I was somewhat distracted at the time.

The "errors" occur in the football match at the end: the
Indian chick's team versus the female team from the mighty Queens Park Rangers.

First. The visiting team is wearing a version of the
QPR kit when the hoops were navy blue (on
white), yet their fans are wearing scarves and
accessories in the royal blue (and white) more
commonly associated with the club. You might get a few
fans wearing varying kits, but when the players are
wearing one style, and ALL the fans, uniformly, another, it looks glaringly wrong.

Second. When the heroine scores the winning goal for
her team AGAINST Rangers, we see shots of the crowd where QPR bedecked fans, especially one woman going beserk, are joyously celebrating. Oops, wrong team, extras!

Of course there are many other implausible aspects and situations in the movie, but from our footie
perspective these were the two I was talking about.

I thought they were easily avoidable, even when a movie's budget has to be considered. I mean, how much does it cost to "re-flag" the extras from QPR to home fans for the final shots?
