We’re playing a bit better now. We’re attacking faster which is good. Can’t give Iran time to set their defense. They are well organized and very athletic. I like that this has been a very clean game so far. Not a lot of fouls. Go USA!!

interesting, I didn’t realize Alecko Eskandarian is ethnically Armenian-Iranian. One of his claims to fame is that decades ago, he had a date with Kim Kardashian before she was famous. Now that I think about that podcast episode, I think he inferred that his dad did not like playing for Iran.
