Q: What can you add to the team right now? JK: Well I've always considered myself a pretty good finisher, and I think our forwards have gotten enough opportunities to score some more goals. Hopefully when I get back in there I will finish my chances and add some goal scoring. I don't know, but it seems to me, reading between the lines, that he's making a case for starting in front of Eddie Johnson, who leads the league in shots, but who has only scored one goal thus far.
I'll second that statue part. A larger than life bronze statue of Kreis hitting a free kick in front of the main entrance to the stadium. How many times does that become an icon for a team and a city? How manh kids would walk past that and say to themselves "that could be me". If/when he retires as the all-time MLS scoring leader...it shoudl be mandatory. Very telling. Emphasis mine.
It would be the first bronze statue in Frisco that isn't of a cowboy, horse, or cattle.......in other words....I'm all for it.
i know - every time they nationally televise a Cowboys game they have to show either A)the damned Las Colinas horses or B)a real cow or statue of a cow. i don't particularly like horses or cows. speaking of which - the new logo had better not have either. one horse on my body is more than enough!
do you really have a tattoo of one of the Burn logos on you? I was thinking of getting that old horse face with wings on my upper back but I know if I get a tattoo I'm going to regret it one day. But being 19 it sounds cool now.

and tattoos aren't for everyone. hell, they aren't for most people. they do hurt (no matter what your friends tell you) and make sure to get it somewhere you can cover it easily and comfortably for a job. forearm tattoos mean long-sleeve shirts and in texas that's a B!TCH, y'know?

ooh!! sounds good. maybe i'll add a star for each MLS Cup they win to commemorate. put the star next to the logo they won it with. 20 years from now when we're on the 7th logo i might get confused, though... no piercing and no ulterior motives... mild insanity though.
