    CP should done better

A bit tentative there....wasn't sure to pass or shoot....should been selfigh and drive straight to goal and shoot.

Lol. This thread gets incredibly silly. It was never ok to say Dembele is better and now some are doing it with sancho. It’s ridiculous.

Pulisic has been very good this season. I think he's better than Sancho now. Your fair point is exactly what I'm talking about.

The guy just has to protect himself if neither his teammates or the ref are going to do it. He needs to develop a selfish streak like many of the other top players have done. He needs to learn better when to shoot, when to pass and when to protect himself. It's all fine and good to be the worker bee and take a hack every once in a while, but it happens way too frequently for a guy of his frame.

Nice assist to Phillip, though it was a pretty obvious, simple pass to make.

    CP pass to Phillip...GOAL

Does that count as an assist?

At the very least, he has an assist in limited action.

Think it should, Phillip only took 1 touch...a pass he should make at this level, and did by putting the appropriate weight on it

What an incredible pass! Oh wait, it wasn’t Sancho? Pretty simple pass then.

In all seriousness, that assist (and most of Sancho’s this season) are why numbers arent the end all, be all. Even CP has 2 goals, 2 assists in not very minutes this year (447), and both goals were crucial.

Sancho been sloppy in the second half....looses a ball a bit too much

How was it NOT an assist? If the last player to pass the ball to the scorer is on the scorer's team, its an assist.

Perfect execution of a simple pass, brilliant execution of a standard far post shot. Assist, but full credit to Philipp.

Oh, cool! CP got some limited minutes after his injury and was involved in a goal as Dortmund closed out the game.

WTF are you all babbling about?

Makes up for all the awesome chances CP creates that his teammates have squandered.
