I think the right question is a Benacer but RLC also showed his true self today. I suppose it could be me looking through RWB glasses, but RLC looked very poor today on defense as well as offense. He always seemed to step off the peace. It is partly his positioning of him and he appears to like to ball watch more than moving his feet anf body and getting to where he is supposed to be early.

Pulisic- decent shift again, played his supporting role well, mostly got his choices his right even if the execution was not perfect. Showed up in good spots on rebounds and deflections in the box saving possession even if unable to turn it into a goal.

Musah...not much time, didn't put a foot wrong, but didn't really do much but provide support, clean and effective.

 

Milan might want to consider giving up fewer penalties. Just a thought.

 

Benny should be dropped. He's not even close to his previous self.

I was about to say something similar. Less Lazio doing anything well, and more Milan looking listless when they have possession. It's like the defense and midfield have never encountered a high-press before?

Adli is a world-class horizontal jogger. No one quite runs side-to-side without any intent quite like him.

 

I think Pulisic is up for this thus far, what I’m seeing is his teammates not really getting him as involved, missing his runs, and missing passes or making poor ones

 

Feels like Leao is back on his Bullshizz again, but of course, he will have a goalazo this match, I’m sure, to justify it all

 

Maybe dying his hair neon yellow would help.

One would think that Milan would attempt a ball or two over the top to Leao or CP. Their typical strategy of building from the back is only giving Lazio time to organize themselves in defense.
