I sometimes think the BvB players could all sit down on the pitch right now, and Milan will still not be able to put it in the net. There is an invisible force field surrounding the goal once they get it in the box
I don't get to see many Milan matches. They are very limited, either by injury or otherwise. I'm not sure who should be on the field, but there should be better . Tough loss. CP looked up for the game and IMHO, gave it his best.
The Milanista forums giving it hard to Giroud, Maignan, Theo, and above all the captain Calabria. Some mild criticism of Puli as "not in good form, but tries." His nickname of late is Capitan Fantasma (Ghost Captain), a play on Captain America.
Guess I should thank my meeting for preventing me from watching the second half live. Ugh, so gutted that Milan just can’t make their chances count unlike Dortmund. Imo, Pulisic was the best offensive player, dishing crosses/passes to his teammates but no goal. The pregame graph showing Milan soooooo anemic in front of goal in both Serie A and Champions League was right on point. I’ve heard of The Miracle on Ice. Milan need a miracle to advance. Can there be a Miracle on Grass for Milan? narrator: unlikely
CP and YM both start. Not much debate about them being in the starting lineup, although the argument over whether CP is better on the right or the left is really heating up. Not a match Milan can afford to lose.
Are they saying he's better on the right?....he's not looked largely better on the left but maybe he needs more match there.
He has looked a lot more comfortable on the right than he has in recent years, but it’s great that he’s able to be back on the left for a few games in his more natural position. His time at Milan has been an optimal run of game time. Should serve him well on continuing to develop
Musah with a nice run beating his man on the left and gets a cross across that deflects into the keeper’s arms.
He's easier to defend when he's on the left. I've been saying it for years now. But it still isn't that easy to defend him completely out of a match. Musah has looked good so far.
