I doubt Pulisic is chuffed with this situation. I agree with the poster who suggested that Pulisic will arrive in Qatar rested and pissed off. Which might be a good thing. After that, if 20 min stints are his role, he will certainly be gone in January or next summer.
Has not showing streakers on tv actually reduced the probability of people steaking? Seriously, just let us see it, we pay to be entertained and Chelsea’s style of football certainly lacks in that regard.
annndddd... instead of launching the ball into the box for a header, they play short, pass around in the same area and then get called for offsides. What a waste of talent on this team.
The offside was dumb but you certainly want to keep the ball instead of launching a low probability cross when you're already up
OK.... so before the free kick was taken the announcer said "why would they play this in the box? Better to take it short". Why is that the case? Goes against my instincts. Just a general question (not related to playing short having resulting in Chelsea losing the ball in this case). Edit: I see an answer posted above!
They hadn't - I'm not sure why the announcers were so insistent on that. They made two sets of double subs, which is why Gallagher was able to come on late.
CP has great posture on the sideline. He is really impressing, I bet he could sit there for another good 30 minutes or so, no problem
