Not a lot of gegenpressing at this point in the game. Except maybe Kante.

And right there is why Werner should have been up top instead of RLC. Or better yet, Pulisic. CP would have certainly made a break for goal.

When RLC misses his penalty the fans will blame Pulisic.

For PKs. Like Mount, he is English and kicks the shit out of the ball.

That's the kind of subbing that will cost you a job if it doesn't work out. Mutiny.

So is he overthinking this or is this a coach's judgment RLC doesn't have his head in the game?

FA cup hero Ross Barkley is the headline we all need.

That's the entire reason TT kept him in the team this season.

So an Englishman comes in instead of a German for PKs??? Um, I guess the reputation for each country’s success in PKs has been a figment of everyone’s imagination.

I guess Barkley can’t be trusted in game and RLC isn’t a pk taker. Werner isn’t a PK taker.

I love when English players have to take PKs at Wembley. I get a sick, twisted thrill out of their fear.

Alonso first. He has been off today.

But nobody will remember that now.

Azpi lucky that Pulisic will take all the blame. And that he will play for a different club next season.

I'm no GK expert but Mendy has a serious tell before each of these. I have guessed his direction each time. His knees are giving it away.
