CNN says that Nevada Question 9 which allowed for the legal use and possession of up to three ounces of marijuana has failed. The good news is, according to the CNN guy, is that 40% voted for the amendment and that will mostly likely pop up on some other states ballot soon. Still my Vegas vacation plans have been put on hold.
Well maybe if they'd lower the amount, it would have passed. 3 ounces??? that's like 75 dime bags here.
yeah 3 ounces is a little large.... one ounce would have been a much better number. but still..... 40% is pretty damn good, especially in a state that was the most anti-marijuana just twenty to thirty years ago
I'm shocked they went for that amount, anyone could a dealer with amount of weed, the fact they got 40% is amazing.
no idea, but when a state does get around to passing something like this it'll definatly be a state from the left coast
