One of the keys to our community is our moderators. They work hard to provide a fun and safe environment for everyone on the site. Of course, we realize things don't always go smoothly and that when some people have praise others have complaints. We are instituting a new procedure for reviewing our moderators, and that involves soliciting feedback from you. This is a serious excercise and we ask you to only participate if you take it seriously. We are asking you to post your praise and criticism, and suggestions, regarding the moderation of THIS PARTICULAR FORUM in this thread. Personal attacks will be binned (the mods have our approval to do this) and we are only looking for thoughtful criticisms or compliments. Prenn and Matt Clark are pretty good about keeping things in order though most of the regular posters here reserve their attacks for World Rivalries. I can't say much about Andy as I rarely see him post in this forum.
Keep in mind one of Andy's strengths as a mod is that he doesn't over-police forums. This place could easily get out of hand with trolling, but it doesn't. Kudos to all on that account.
