One of the keys to our community is our moderators. They work hard to provide a fun and safe environment for everyone on the site. We are instituting a new procedure for reviewing our moderators, and that involves soliciting feedback from you. Well one of the reasons I never submitted my mod reviews is cuz I don't know what to review them on. I asked this in the WUSA forum a while back and no one really gave me a concrete answer. Most of the reviews I have seen about mods more or less said "he/she has done a great job blah blah blah". I think most of the women's forums mods have done a good job. But at the same time it would have been nice to see a list of things we were suppose to judge the mods on.
Fear - Good question. I think the main things that Huss wanted to know are just that the mods aer controlling the forums, making sure that stuff stays somewhat on-topic and without flaming trolls running around (that's a fun mental image - but don't try it at home, kids!). But I could be wrong. RS
