For Everton: Is it pronounced EVE-er-ton (as in Adam & Eve) or EVER-ton as in "Never"?

And for Luton: Is it LOU-ton (like Lou Grant) or LUT-ton (rhymes with 'glutton')?

Thanks. I'm playing the entire 06-07 Premiereship season on FIFA 07 PC.

Everton is 19th with 2-6-2 record (wins were 1-0 at home vs. Arsenal and 2-0 at Liverpool). What does THAT tell you?

Lester and Reading as in colour Red or "I have read(ing)" *proud*. But how is Rooney pronoucned, like Rooney as in loony or Rowney. The sports people in my country say different things.
