Looking for any info on ProSelect teams. I know it is early, just wondering what has been heard. Carolina Dynamo is our local team. Probably typical of most PS teams, we expect a lot of changes. Nansha returns, but honestly, I haven't heard of any of the other players coming back with exception of goalie, Chris Robinson. Dynamo has won both preseason games, Greensboro College and UNC-W, but coach has played a lot of players and it is hard to get a grasp of how the team will be. It is a mix of ex Aleague and ProSect players along with current college seniors. I have seen several players that show promise, but against level of competition they have played it is tough to tell. This week games with Elon, East Carolina, and Campbell will probably be more of the same with coach looking at as many players as possible. Next week Carolina, Wake, and UNC-G should give a better idea.
Well, I haven't listened in yet, but there appears there was an extensive (archived) radio preview at http://www.soccerfanaticsradio.com/main.shtml
I was surprised to see the Pro Select division only has 13 teams in it this year. Only three teams out West (Utah and California do not even play any of the other Pro Select teams outside the West Division). All the other teams are up and down the East Coast, going no further south then the Carolinas. This can't go on much longer.
