It looks like the run-up to our Big Cup debut is all but set.

    7/10 @ FC Gamlitz (Austria)
    7/16 @ Motherwell
    7/20 @ Thailand national team
    7/23 vs. Bolton/Citeh (in Bangkok)
7/30 @ Fenerbahce (?) -- talks are in the "advanced stages," sayeth the Echo
    8/3 vs. Udinese

The Big Cup third round draw is July 29 with matches on August 9/10 and 23/24.

That July 20 match v the Thai National Team is on ESPN!

As soon as I get a minute or 20, I'll start the "televised matches" thread, but 7/20 is the first of many (fingers crossed)!

Welllllll, according the the guys at The Globe they've been told it will be shown...I just assumed ESPN (America) and not Espanol. But it's a definite possibility I may or may not be wrong! :p

    woo hoo, preseason is underway
9-0 thumping of some grade C Austrian squad with Vaughan getting a hat trick and Kroldrup scoring in his debut.

It's nice to be on the WINNING end of that scoreline (even if it is against a preseason nobody team :D).
