    weird. Just weird

Also, it was announced (via twitter) that the Phoenix game will not be streamed. Still TBA on the other two. Which... I don't get. Ok, fine, don't do a formal stream, but is it that hard for a professional organization to setup a camera? I ref youth games around here and there are parents with their phones there streaming. Sure, you'd expect a professional organization to do something more.. well professional, but nothing? It's just so RSL right now to do whatever the bare minimum is

And once again RSL doing the bare minimum with preseason competitive play - 3 games while other teams are doing 4, 5, 6 and even 7. Worked out so well previously.

I wonder if they’ll add a game or two with Vancouver if they end up spending the season here.

Freddy thinks that a heavy pre-season schedule makes players “fatigued” for the early stages of the MLS season. I’ll let his historical early season record speak to that.

Admittedly this goes into the actual schedule as opposed to the pre-season schedule. As far as I can tell the actual schedule lists Colorado Rapids, Phoenix Rising and LAG. Is that it? Am I looking at the wrong site?

Yep that's it. Traditionally they'll also do a couple of scrimmages also which usually aren't on the schedule.

To be fair, there are teams in the league with even less games than us. What stands out, though, when you look at the preseason schedules is the timing of what we have scheduled compared to others.

We're the only club with an announced schedule that doesn't have a game in March. Maybe they add one or two in? This is where you could see like a BYU or UVU scrimmage, I guess? Our options are limited compared to other areas in terms of bringing in a scrimmage that is worthwhile for MLS level professionals.

Also, it looks like the schedule for RSL in Arizona misses out on Portland and KC's time down there.

Last weird note: New England is flying all the way to California for preseason? WTF?

Any news on a way to watch tomorrow’s pre season match?

I imagine it will be on rsl.com as always, possibly also through ksl app.

In typical RSL fashion, today's game advertised as 6PM MT is actually 7PM, as they didn't account for AZ not recognizing daylight savings. SMH

Also, @georg it looks like it can be streamed on kslsports.com/rsl-live or on the KSL app. In case, they don't put the link on RSL.com

That was an amazing full-field run with the ball from Brody, leading to the assist.

Really nice, fast attack up the middle at minute 20 or so, leading to a shot from Julio.

Anderson Julio looks like he's been with the team a long time. Maybe that will change as defenses get better timing, but the runs he makes and the way he interacts with the other attackers is fun to see.

Second goal is also created by Brody. Did we know he had this in him? These aren't your typical runs from a right back, even an attacking one.

That could have been a penalty for Crapids.

That was a fun sequence, but passes were a little lazy and not into space, holding up runs.

Water break and line change @ '72.

Edit: I guess only Crapids have a line change. Any subs for RSL?

That was pretty. Nice one-timer by Rubin on frame, and Kreilach hit that wonderfully!

Good thing Iloski is going to get 5minutes in preseason!

No clue why Freddy is leaving all these guys on for 90? Meram should have only played half the game, and now Kreilach down after getting hit in the head again going up for a header. Why?

Freddy has only 3 matches this preseason, I think he is playing it like he would in one of the seasons openers. Personally I thought we looked good, especially Julio, Rubin, Kreilach and Brody.
