With less than a week to go, I'm preparing for my eighth-annual Super Bowl Eve viewing of Any Given Sunday on DVD before watching the Big Game this Sunday in HD, even though I have no particular rooting interest for either team. So for those of you who are looking forward to watching Super Bowl XLII, how are you preparing for the game, both the day before and the day of? GO SAN JOSE EARTHQUAKES!!! -G
Marinate the ribs Friday night, make a lucrative trip to BevMo Saturday, go to a good show Sat. night (i.e. Foo Fighters), view downfall of the Torn-Sweatshirt/VideotapeGate Empire Sunday, hot tub victory party Sunday night. Now let's get on with the other football.
Going to my room mates boyfriends house for a super bowl party, but before hand Danielle & I are taking over a Jello Bowl & Some Potato Salad. But I'm no fan of either team, I'd love to See Eli Manning shove it down New England's throat. I Can't stand Tom Brady. Great QB, but I just don't like him.
Brady's family used to have a block party until some kids decided to cause trouble from what I heard. This time, it's low key. It's fashionable to hate the Patriots. Hot tub club--time to raid the party! (only if the bikini clad babes are there!) If Tom Brady and the Pats win--San Mateo (and Serra High) will go wild. Some baseball guy named Barry also attended same high school. ---- And the one time that I won't care about Super Bowl XLII (because the 49ers and/or Raiders are not in it)...
fyp F Brady! F Belichick!! FUPatriots!!! ah...EKU 28, ribs, hot tub. Gotta love these post-game "shows".
Well, Brady's flat is just a few miles from here--good time to crash the street with a bunch of New Jersey Giants gear! If that's not enough, Tommy Boy happened to attend the same high school as one Barry Lamar Bonds!
