The hardware and software diagnostics have reported zero errors, but I have moved to the first back-up server as a precaution. It's 0350 here, so I will need to wait until everyone gets back in the morning before I can do anything else. You should send an email to contactus@premierleague.com with all of your specification, so we can narrow down your specific problem. Unfortunately Lorna (admin) is on holiday until Tuesday and I can't get full access until everyone gets in. The cabling is definately all back in place though.
