http://www.soccerbars.com/modules/s...?country=USA®ion=Connecticut&town=Hartford would any of these two be showing it on FSC ?
Appreciate that NM Half door is a real possibility (very fun Irish Pub)... Vaughn's Public is a place I don't go anymore. Watched the CL Final in '09 there with some friends and we got into a street fight right after. It was proper naughty.
I have no idea WTF these people are thinking. Most people in America will probably be in church, or preparing for the superbowl at that time, so I doubt they are counting viewers for those programs. I believe the last televised match got very good ratings. Also, that seems like a small minority of locations anyway.
I have a feeling that they probably don't think the things they're putting on instead will be better, merely that they probably don't want to have the match compete with something else in the timeslot, and Naively they think that people will watch the delayed game in the latter time slot, rather than just watch the game live via other means
Rio interview -- http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/16886040 He wants to be reincarnated as a combo of Scholes, C Ronaldo, Brazilian Ronaldo and Messi. The reporter asked him if he thought things were better racism-wise and he said that he didn't know. He had thought that things were better, but the things happening lately had made him reconsider. He said he hoped it was just a few people.
The rents are praying for snow and if it's snows heavily then the game will be off. They don't have captain racist so they're praying for the snow
I thought the English were suppose to be hard? A little snow scares them? I hope that Chelsea don't get the final say. They obviously want to call it off.
My friend sent me this link - it's a live stream of their pitch. http://origin-www.chelseafc.com/page/forcelogin/Webcam/0,,10268,00.html
Last time they claimed it was too dangerous for their supporters to travel and photos showed no ice/snow, it didnt get them anywhere last time and it wont this time either.
I remember around 2005 we got the tiniest 1/2 inch of snow in London one evening at rush hour and there was total gridlock and Edgeware Rd tube caught on fire
There was a decent dump last night - my London mates have put pictures of it up on FBook. Others are stuck at Gatwick etc - its just the usual thing.
