Preki has been named player of the week for last weeks two goal performance. Even better he was named MLS player of the month for May with five goals and one assists during a May that saw the Wizards go 2-0-4. The man just keeps on getting it done. Whoa, there! Easy now, partner! It may be that Preki is a demi-god and all, but I think Il Bruce will prove to be an atheist, if you catch me. Even still, I'm thrilled that Preki is doing so well. My wife and I have recently taken up reiki (ancient Chinese healing/passive martial arts), and now we're looking into yoga (seriously!), seeing how it seems to have given Preki a new life in the league, when many (including myself) had thought he would never be able to achieve greatness after he came back from Miami....

Man, if Preki were 30 instead of 40, we'd all be crying bloody murder if he wasn't getting called up to the national team. If he leads the league in scoring, Bruce may give him a courtesy cap.
