I remember those blue pinstriped uniforms. I actually really liked them and though the team didn't wear them enough.

The starting XI by Bradley may have been the most attacking group he played in his entire tenure, with Feilhaber as the most defensive of the midfielders.

That's a tough act for Klinsmann to top.

Only potential swap is Beasley for Shea as left mid.

I hope Jurgs tries Williams in the middle at some point. Realistically, when LD is healthy he or demps moves Williams off the wide slot.

He's a central player for club - like to see it here once.

There's no reason to play Williams in a wide midfield role. Unless every winger in the pool suddenly gets injured. He's a #6 and should play there.

This was a hideous kit that I liked as well, but I fully acknowledge it is terrible.

The next best is that one we used against mexico.

I think Shea would be more effective on the right than Beas (also keeps the Chandler/Shea connection together). And Beas should be able to help Spector out a touch more defensively.

I want to see Ream at some point.

Williams and Bradley can switch spots if that would be better.

That is what I would like to see in the first half. Then slide chandler to right back, Shea to the right, DMB on the left. Then maybe Ream and Hamid in the later parts of the second half. I like the idea of a Gooch Ream paring in the middle...I have my concerns of course but I like the idea of it.

Agreed, for the last five years all of our goals were based on luck. Now we're playing a much more attractive, attacking style but have been unlucky not to score by the bucket load. Damn luck.

For sure, Klinsi´s favorite color in terms of jerseys, cause "it radiates positive thinking and an aggressive style of play" as he said in 2004.

First he sorted out the (German NT) black away jerseys and ordered them to be red, then he wanted even red to get the standard color instead of the old white colored home jerseys....
