Hate to start it because I'm still really enjoying that win against Shitcago, but it is tuesday and we haven't started to discuss.
4 points so far and they'll be at the end of 3 games in 8 days.

I want the full 3. Anything less will be disappointing.

Anything less than four points over the next three games (all on the road) would signal the team's current table position is a joke.

We're in LA this weekend and Houston next weekend, but then we're back home hosting KC.

I note that Dorman has a habit of scoring at the HDC, same way Noonan tends to have it out for NY and Dempsey was always the DC killer.

He's a fan of Bolivia, so he's counting it as three straight road games for his teams. ;)

KC is interesting . Look at who they've played.
    04/14 - Saturday @ D.C. United W, 4-2 22,358
    04/18 - Wednesday @ Real Salt Lake % L, 2-1
    04/21 - Saturday @ Chicago Fire L, 2-1 11,717
    04/25 - Wednesday Toronto FC W, 3-0 7,438
    04/28 - Saturday @ Toronto FC W, 1-0 20,148
    May
    05/05 - Saturday Columbus Crew W, 1-0 7,426

They lost to RSL in USOC.
Half their points are from toronto
we all know what DC looked like in the early season.
the table may not be a good indicator of thier quality. Chicago is the closest thing to a quality side that they have seen and they lost that match

2-0 Revs would be a good result. If they play well there is no reason not to beat LA.

    Ralston 40th minute
Twellman gets a cheap one in the 80th to seal it.

Ah, the "Where's Your Famous Englishman?" half of our series with the Galaxatives.

I agree with Chowda, if we don't put a hurting on these Hollywood kids that's a bad bad sign.

C'mon, Cristman, put it all together.

I say we will be lucky if we can get two points from these two games. For some reason, Revs never did well against HOU/SJ, and Galaxy at LA (we have a good record against the Galaxy at home).

Since 1996, Revs are 2W-3T-8L @ LAG. One positive note is though, in the last two seasons, we have not lost at Galaxy (1W-1T-0L).

And there is Houston/San Jose, which we have not won against them since 2001. (0W-5T-9L).

Ouch ... ouch ... I do remember that includes two games that make me shudder. One was a 5-1 loss at home! The other one, I think you guys might remember as well. :(

Screw two points. I want all six from this trip. We can beat LA ... and we friggin' well owe Houston and their jackass fans.

Tough roadtrip. I'll be happy with a tie at Houston. The Galaxy suck so we should beat them, but who knows, Terry Vaughn might show up again.

Actually, I did not include the playoffs, but all three losses at the finals are not included. But what really hart me is a 2004 game at SJ, where Revs were up 2-0 and SJ were down a man, and we still managed to give up a two stoppage time goal.

Oh..., I forgot to mention, we actually do have one favorable statistic. Since the 2003 season, we statistically do well in rematch games - against clubs that defeated us at the conference finals or MLS cup games in the season before (4W-1T-0L).

For this reason, I was a bit disappointed we weren't playing Houston earlier in the season, because we've had a nice streak the last two seasons of crashing ring ceremonies.

Pretty strange schedule for the gals - they've only played 3 leagues games so far (home loss to Dallas 2-1, scoreless tie at Houston and home 3-1 victory over Chivas). But, they've also played 2 USOC games, 1-0 over cbus and 3-1 over the bulldozers.

If it weren't for last night's USOC game, they'd have about a 2 week layoff.

I haven't seen their games, but the record, 1-1-1, with only a win over Chivas looks pretty mediocre.

They didn't play well against FCD at all. They played really well against Chivas. And I didn't see how they played in their 0-0 draw against Houston ... so yeah, I'd concur.

We've got replacements for pretty much everyone that would get called up. However, the one potential call up that has me worried is Matt Reis. Sure Douggy boy is good, and I'm sure Knighton is decent, but we can't afford to lose Matt Reis for that amount of time.

I caught some clips of the English Premier league highlights and I saw Marcus Hahnemann looking real bad in allowing two cheap goals. It makes you realize just how good Reis really is. Too bad Bradley thinks so highly of Euro goalies. Reis is much better then Marcus
