    Pigs Eye (St. Paul),
USA vs Argentina tomorrow at the Orange Bowl, ESPN2, 11:55 AM EST. The USA is coming off their best WC ever, passing out of group play and beating Mexico in their next game, barely losing to Germany in their quest to make it to the quarter finals. Argentina failed to pass out of the group of death, a dismal failure for a country that lives and dies by football.

So what will the goal differential be?

Yeah, 2-1 sounds about right. Although, I think it could go either way.

No Sanneh, no Friedel, no Reyna, no O'Brien, no Lewis, no Hejduk, no Keller, no Berhalter.

You think we're going to walk over them? Think again, newbie. It's basically MLS all-stars versus Argentina's division 1 all-stars. It's going to be tight.

I think it will be a one goal difference.

Oh, you want me to pick a winner, too.

    Pigs Eye (St. Paul),
I'll be the contrarian here. Argentina has D'Allesandro. They are good. They finished well ahead of Brazil in the qualifying round. They are on a mission to prove that the WC was an anomaly. They already beat Honduras and Mexico. The US will be playing MLS'ers who are just barely in spring training. They have been eating rubber chicken all winter and hearing how good they are at testamonial banquets. There will be more Argentina fans than USA fans at the game. Argies by two or more. Sorry, but even Bruce admits that the USA still has a long way to go. This game will show us that we still must be humble.
