...just because he isn't on the squad and Mr. Sooner isn't exactly fond of him. ;)

Twellman with 2, Clint with one, and Beaseley with 1 also. the final score will be 4-1.

    it's their U-23's

The score could be very ugly. Yesterday's SoccerAmericaDaily reported that this ES squad is their U-23 team preparing for the upcoming Central American & Caribbean Games.

Of course, given how the senior ES team played in the last Gold Cup, their U-23's may be an improvement.

but not in the same fashion of the world cup, Bruce will argue a call, and in his frustration bring out his "surprise sub" Agoos and have him score on us as many times as he possibly can.

    US should win 3-1

goals by Twellman, Donovan and Hernandez

a silly defensive error or foul near or inside the box (suprisingly not by Agoos) will gift El Sal their goal.

Everyone seems to be predicting a blowout, and I just don't see it. This team has never really played together, will be a bit rusty and not match fit. They won't be sharp, but the young guys will be looking to impress.

    Goals by Mathis and Beasley.

Goals by Mathis, Donovan & Beasley/Twellman. Not really sure which one scores the third but with Beasley a bit banged up, according to reports, I'll go with Twellman for the third goal.

Wish the weather forecast was better. Would be nice to have a LARGE, Pro-USA crowd at RFK. As it is, I'd expect about 30,000-35,000.

Not bad for a Sunday in November (aka NFL season). Hoping for a GREAT afternoon of int'l soccer and a HAPPY ending to a SENSATIONAL 2002 for the USMNT!!!!

Considering that Mathis has to regain his old reputation back and score 3 goals, Twellman needs to have a coming out party and score 2, Donovan needs to score his token 1 goal and draw a PK, and beasley needs to score one, I predict this game will be 7-0. If Agoos sneaks in it'll be 7-1, and he'll score.

Some over confidence in some of those posts. I bet the Nats don't feel that way, or else you end up eating crow. I say 2-0 or 2-1 for the US, a simi-comfortable game with El Salvador causing some problems with a untested defense and a US team not in game shape.
