Here is the the thread for the Pred Absolute, any topic involving the shoes will go in here and only here. If you have a question, comment, or info ont he shoe put it here.

Don't be lazy and start a thread on a topic in here, just look for it. I will be removing threads started about the Preds. that should be in here.

I'm buying such an expensive boot for the first time.....survived off total 90's and cheap ass local brands till now...

so uhh...just a query..

what's the price of the pred. abs fg?

what does it come with? a boot care manual and all?

and i read somewhere on these boards that the cheaper ones are synthetic

whats up with that.....

would really appreciate some help..

It should be between 185.00 and 200.00 US. Not sure how that translates to others countries givent eh exchange rate and such but they are one of the more expensive boots on the market.

I would have a look at some other high end shoes as well because you never know how the fit is going to be for the shoe. Most pro's either get mi adidas made to measure fittings or get ones handmade in Germany at the factory so thier qulaity is a bit higher, thats why you see so many of them in Preds.

i dunno, i just have my heart set on the abs....if you know what i mean

FG's cost that much? but ive been told most retail stores offer discounts etc.

one more thing, i have nike acg sneakers with me...they say my US size is 9.5....should i go for size 8 abs or size 9?

'mi adidas'?....lol forget about it...third world countries lack such stuff plus football's not the dominant sport here..

i'm also planning on buying the pred absolutes, and like zeusxor i wanted know how is it presented you know, like does it comes in a bag o a shoe box, different types of insoles and all.

The Abs come with a bag and two different insoles. One insole is powerpulse, and the other is lightweight.

OK, since the beginning of the Predator the launch boot has always been black, and more recently become the black and red combo. Now, I dont know about the rest of the world because ProDirect has them all, but in the States the only colorway out to pre-order is the white and gold. I was wondering why the change?

I usually just read this forum but I figured I would post since nobody else is posting pictures of the white/gold Absolutes. I just got them today from Eurosport which really surprised me (I live about 45 mins. away from the Eurosport warehouse though). Oh well, here you guys go...

Yesterday I had my first time with the new predators... in a sport store I tried the black-red version... and I 've to say, sawing them on my feet they growing on me... toe box is wider that's right... but more I can't say, I've to play with them but maybe I wait for the tuneIts... don't know.

I saw the Absolutes for the first time in real life today at the Adidas Concept store.
They are absolutely amazing! I really want some now

AND...I saw the Beckham Absolutes for sale aswell. They are beautiful!
The synthetic leather is very soft, almost like shiny leather. it is muuuuch softer than the nike AZT 90 iii synthetics.

These boots are amazing!

Well I haven't really played around in the absolutes yet. I'm gonna wear my Pulses until after Christmas and then start using the Absolutes before my club team starts up again. I have tried them on and yes, there is a huge difference in the feel of the insoles. The PowerPulse thing is more of a metal strip and makes your toes feel kind of heavy but its not noticeable after a couple minutes of running. And, like everybody has said, the leather is thinner but still is just as comfortable. In my opinion, the most advanced and best built Predators yet.

The leather on the left tongue of the boot has chipped away. I think this is because of how thin it is. I got them on the release date but still, I really haven't had them that long. I clean and dubbin/polish them after every game and only use them on grass, not astro concrete, and I don't go around kicking walls! Sent an email to justsocca to see what they can do, if they can't offer an exchange/refund, do you think I should talk to Adidas?

Shame, thats disappointing.

I would speak to Adidas. I bought Copas in Malaysia, and they broke, and the Adidas concept store in South Africa replaced them for me.

Yeah I think I'll wait for a reply for justsocca, and if they can't do anything I'll talk to Adidas. By the way, what is a concept store? Just like NIKETOWN, like an Adidas shop?
