Dunno, after a while, it seemed like I was still dealing with "the usual suspects"... The big advantage for me has been that there is a Gladbach thread on this site, so I can talk with my fellow Fohlen-Fans. The interface is also a lot nicer....

I can't do compete this year because it messes with my loyalties to only root for one specific outcome. Big props to KCbus for how he ended last year, he could of bet the same as myself in the last wager & guaranteed a win but did not.
Sign me up! I always seem to miss the official sign up post but not this year! Put me down for Crew lose by 1 (and for bonus points I'll predict it happens any where from min. 85 up) for every game except the last 3, which we'll win by 2 and talk about how good we'll be next year.
Well, ok, technically not, but it neighbors it, and I also loosely define the Ruhrgebietto include that general area from Koeln up through Dortmund-Essen-etc. So should I just sing "Du kommst von scheiss Moenchengladbach, scheiss Moenchengladbach, scheiss Moenchengladbach! Du kommest von scheiss Moenchengladbach!" or can I just throw in some rheinlander smack talk?
That reminds me--there is a video clip of Kasey Keller's departure from Gladbach out there. He goes up to the NordKurve with a microphone and starts singing "Cologne, Cologne...." to which the Nordkurve replies "die scheisse von Dom" as he turns around and walks off.... Classic Keller! [Mind you, I don't particularly hate "die Geisboecke" as I was an exchange student at the University of Cologne in 1978 and lived quite close to the clubhouse in the same town as Toni Schumacher and Roger van Gool (who had a Flemish furniture strore there). I got to 5 BL games that spring, including my first and only visit to the Boekelburgplatz, plus the Champions Cup semifinal in Duesseldorf, and a 2 BL Nord and 2 BL Sued game each.]
