hi guys who here has witness a usl pre season training session and what does it entail, ??? what type of runing, what type of ballwork
it all depends on where you go... most teams do some long distance runs of 2,3,4, or 5 miles and then alot of sprint work... some teams even bring in a strength coach to do some squats and other stuff like that... the majority of practices during preseason are based around playing posession, small sided and full sided games to see who can really play and at what position... coaches know going into preseason what they need and what type of players they are looking for... usually looking for defenders or goal scorers... pretty simple stuff really, nothing out of the ordinary...
