6. Boston Breakers
Last year: 6-8-7 (25), 36 GF, 35 GA, no playoffs

Outlook: The powerful offense trio of Kristine Lilly, Maren Meinert and Dagny Mellgren remains intact, and they'll have up-and-coming Angela Hucles, newcomer Devvyn Hawkins and French signee Stephanie Mugneret-Beghe in the midfield. The defense is questionable once you get past Kate Sobrero. Goalkeeper Karina LeBlanc is better than her stats showed last year.
