    It sucks by comparison, but if you can either subscribe to the team's Twitter feed (ussoccer_wnt) or access their Match Tracker on ussoccer.com, that will at least give you some pretty extensive updates throughout the match.

    Im in Germany... near Frankfurt and its slow, steady drizzle here all day. Not sure who this weather favors

    Anyone having any luck with ESPN3? I've been "LOADING" for the last five minutes.

    Countin' on ARod to produce today. She'll have the freshest legs and needs to prove she's worth her starting position.

    After my fourth refreshing, it finally started working, so if you are still having trouble re-open ESPN3 until it starts working. Hopefully it won't take you long.

    Damn ESPN3 feed won't connect. Now I either have to break the law and choose a stream or get up from my bed..

    60th time's the charm.

    Expecting an AWESOME game, and this player to take the place on history she deserves by helping this team to create their own legacy.

    Actually, they have insurmountable troubles controlling the bounce off those steeply sloped surfaces. You should see what their midfield scatter plots look like.

    That's why they always get knocked out in qualifying by the Parabolic Dishheads :D

    The Cardassians have a similar (if smaller) edge when they can get their spoons on the ball.

    I think the somewhat wetter conditions may benefit us. It will break up the rhythm a bit and our team can play a choppy style if needed.

    Dumb. Important game, let the players play, they don't need to read FIFA messages.

    I managed to get a couple ESPN3 streams off in a couple minutes of refreshing or so, might be a little less stress on their servers or something. Maybe you can get through if too many streams are being blocked.

    Did I just see a lot of empty seats in the stadium? How is that possible for a WC semi-final???

    Maybe a lot of Brazilians pre-bought tickets? M & M's? I'm sure it'll fill up eventually.

    * Or not.

    01' 0-0 France kicks off, probes midfield right, #6 Amy LePeilbet intercepts. USA chip long, to #16 Sapowicz.
