Of course, one thing we can all agree on is that grunge is the RBNY of popular music.

It's gonna be delicious winning this trophy in front of ECS, a stupid acronym if there ever was one.

And the best they could do was misspell it. They really are an unmitigated disaster.

Of course, and though I can't agree, that is a list I can respect for being chosen. Except for maybe Nirvana. I respect what they did in a musical sense, I just don't like it, and I don't think the actual subjective quality of the composition is all that high. To each their own.

Anyway, I am on pins and needles awaiting this game. A $2 brew will never taste so good.

But be quick, I'm not gonna sit on BS all day and wait for a reply. I got stuff to do, like vacuum out car so it smells less like smokes than it does.

So, does DCU field its reserve team tonight, or wait for next year's Champions' Cup after they win?

Feh. Grunge was an appellation foisted on the music scene from people outside of Seattle. I merely used the term to put it in context. If you really want to get in an argument about "grunge", there was really only one true "grunge" band in my opinion, and that would be Tad. Everyone else was just straight up rock.

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J5ivn4UGnJE]This[/ame] is still one of the greatest songs to come out of that era. Kim Thayil is sorely, sorely missed on the stage, dammit.

And if any of you would be so kind as to drown Mr. Asshawk in a beer shower, all of us out here in Seattle would be most grateful. Then we'd never have to see a picture of that ********chop, self-promoting asshat ever again.

Seeing Jason Everman instead of Hiro or Ben in that video is a stain on greatness, though. Also, Beyond the Wheel will make anyone gloriously deaf for days.

Ok, I'll stop aiding and abetting this threadjack now. Go DCU!

Hiro's fault, dude. He left. I know a guy like him, one incredible musician, but one totally uncomfortable with fame. Ben Sheppard was the bomb, though.

    Dude,

Why are you posting in this forum? Go get fuucked. But since you did:

I could care less if I was accurate in whether Blaylock played for the Sonics or not. I'd rather take a nap than watch a basketball game anyway.

Yeah, yeah, yeah...and Screaming Trees, Mother Love Bone, and Alice in Chains can be added to the list. Last time I checked none of those bands were still together.

    And Seattle beer? No thanks.

Everyone knows the best beer in the Northwest comes from Portland.

Only if you're from Portland, or the East Coast.

And I do plan on getting laid tonight, so I do appreciate your well wishes.
