Look upon this, Sounders "fans", for this will be your tomb. You will soon learn, like the rest of the league, that you only exist so DC United has something to do.

I fully expect Szetela to be able to run a marathon with the Kenyans after all the time he has spent "working on his fitness".

Ya know, I have a subscription to "Behind the Badge" on my Google Reader and they were talking about what a great Beep Test Szetela did when he arrived. I guess he chowed down on ding-dongs in the following days.

    It's the seat of power.

DC rules this country like we've always done before.

I really do like Drew Carey. He's a QUALITY comedian. Not unlike the great Jerry Lewis. Or Charo!

I have to confess an affection for Drew Carey. In his pre-Sounders days, when he was first and foremost a fan of the US National Team, he bought about 50 of us a beer each in the SA section in Hartford before a WC qualifier.

    On to less happy news.

The referee for tomorrow night is indeed Mark Geiger.

The always-entertaing Mark Geiger was, you may recall, the center ref for two of the four DC matches with results determined on refereeing errors singled out by the USSF for public comment (and four of the seven points lost therein) -- away at Chivas USA, and two Saturdays ago at home against LA.

The only good thing to come out of Seattle (at least that is still nominally alive) is Pearl Jam. Shit, even Boeing moved.

Ironically, the title of their first album, "Ten" was an homage to Mookie Blaylock who played for the Sonics.

Who are now in Oklahoma -- along with all of the other (better) Sonics:

Oh, crap. The funny thing is, I wrote my little epistle late last night (for me) after polo practice and I meant to write "Garber" instead of Geiger. Ooops.

EDIT: Of course, you did put that "alive" qualifier in there (which I missed the first time). And of course, he did have to leave Seattle to catch on.

Kudos on fixing the idiot's link, Riz.

GOALSeattle, you really are a smarmy little twat. Seattle fans should be embarrassed by your childish antics because you have single-handedly made all of those fans look like idiots.

    Go away.

Does he have the same crew? Because those games the blown calls where offsides, and besides that he seemed better then any of the dracula refs.
