Looks like it. I'd call it a home but alas, I am not worthy to do so.

We interupt the smack fest for a bit of introspective "strategery"....

With the past effort and result in Chicago, do we stay with the 4-4-2 to improve on the positives, or will Soehn go knee-jerk, cup at home and roll back into the 3-5-2??

Formation will probably cancel one or two decisions about our best XI, I just hope whatever's decided we see continued improvement in sub decisions in both tactics and effectiveness.

The only thing more plastic than Seattle fans is the pitch they play on

    352, for two reasons.

    1. Because we are home.
    2. Because Julius James is cup-tied, and not eligible, and we have nobody else Soehn apparently feels comfortable with in the middle since Janicki committed pro-career suicide in Honduras.

I expect a 3-5-2, for all of the reasons above. If we don't use Janicki, who would play where James was? McTavish? Hasn't played much this year. Burch? Do we want him closer to Wicks? I can see a 3-5-2.

See that building to upper left? That's the Scarf Factory. Yes, we have a Scarf Factory. Top that.

 Stop picking on newbs. We don't have a scarf factory; we only have the scarf machine. It's not even visible in the pic.

Is this the match where we unveil the new Danny Szetela, the one who has been "working on his fitness" these many weeks?

I don't think there will be room even if he was healthy.

    I got: 3-5-2

    Wicks
    Namoff Jakovic Burch

    Simms Olsen
    Fred Moreno Quaranta

    Gomez Emilio

The team is pretty fit at this time, so it's going to be a tough call. I like the idea of getting Wallace and Pontius in the game, and I like the Chicago Moreno for Gomez sub plan used in Chicago, but I really like the idea of having Moreno and Gomez in the game together. I think when those two get some rhythm and pace they are as good as it gets. If I had to make one change it would be Pontius in for Simms or maybe Wallace for Burch to start. But Simms has too much experience and Wallace is better in the midfield.
