Mane and Kai Havertz running at Tim Ream; that's not fair.

For those young bucks, this is from a 60s tv show, Lost in Space.

yeah, i think this is our first 11 according to poch (miles for richards aside), not that i think we will see the same 11 twice.

first real look at how wes/malik are going to work- whos where, how much- and how- they interchange, etc. im hoping for a roughly 60/40 wes deeper split.

big test for freese today (though hes my starter period)- freeman, wes/malik, adams and jedi are going to have to put in a shift.

responsible, injury-free shifts of course, but ream and miles? in the middle? freaking yikes...

GK is by far the weakest position.

    Not even close.

    amen

could see Miles first half and McKenzie or Trusty second half

one way or the other it will clarify the situation vis a vis Richards

of the four available cbs (not counting freeman/scally) poch is going with the exact wrong 2. hes 0 for 2. 100% wrong.

...i think is the point. i dont mean to speak for you @Marko72, but spoiler alert for anyone else- this may be the first time weve agreed on anything.

What intern needs to be fired for designing these warm up jerseys. What is that nonsense on the back?

Mostly the line up we expected. Curious the thought process on Miles, but I didn’t think any of the center backs looked good last game other than Freeman.

Not sure if I’m cheering for no mistakes or no injuries.

I'm 100% ok with whatever garbage you want to put on a warm-up shirt as long as the game kits are legit. And this time, for the first time in about a decade by my accounting, they actually are.

Ditto my thoughts on third kits. Those are for sales anyway. Whatever the shirt manufacturer wants to sell...

Last thought before I head over to the PBP: Chicago filled Soldier Field. They're not a WC host city, so this is their World Cup, in a sense, but, they've brought it.

I look forward to a summer full of this, ridiculous FIFA price manipulation or not...

And for those not so old, this is a reference to the Lost in Space HBO series.

Just a passing and infantile thought: If I were going to any FIFA™ World Cup Match, I would love to start a "FIFA SUCKS" chant.

    Talk about uniting the world...
