    This is very winnable.

Again, I hope Pontius is okay and will make it back soon.

Dallas has a whole week to rest, unlike seattle did tonight, and unlike DC this weekend. I think it will just as tough a match as tonight.

I hate extra-wide horizontal stripes on grown men, it looks silly. Especially in red and white.

    Great game last night.

Barring injuries, should he go with the same starting line up even with the schedule congestion? If not, who does Olsen rest on Saturday?

Any news on Pontius' calf "tightness", or Simms?

And people insist on calling them the "hoops". Look at 'em. They're not hoops; they're parentheses.

    -------------Hamid-----------------
    Korb----White----Kitchen----Woolard
    Najar---McCarty---Simms----Santino
    -------Wolff---------Brett----------

Why mess with success I guess. I'd like to see Korb back in the lineup as well as have Kitchen and White pair up. Dejan would play 3 in 8 days anyway, lets try this young tandem. Woolard did a much better job than I have given him credit for before. If he has the legs lets put him back in, if not lets give Burch the nod.

I wouldn't want to stress Ponthius's hamstring too much early in the year so I would pop Tino back in there as he had a decent showing last night in the substituion role. Maybe sneak Stephen king in there instead of one of the offensively inept duo to add fresh legs, but Im guessing olsen sticks to his usual choices in the middle if Simms is a go. Najar needs more minutes, give him the start.

This would be charlie's 3rd match in 8 days, so I would bring him off the bench for Josh in the 60th and let him run against a tired defense..

Stephen king is a good sub in the middle of the park in the 2nd half as well as fred for Andy as his legs are sure to give out late in the game...

I for one, have an over-inflated feeling of positivity from yesterday, so I expect nothing but absolute domination from here on out, and will be SHOCKED if it's anything less.

You call that over-inflation? After the performance they put in against Seattle, I expect the game against Dallas to be so one-sided that Dallas will refuse to come out of the tunnel after the first half and it will take six firemen to convince Brek Shea to stop hiding in a locker.

Actually, I'd really be okay with a draw, perhaps even pleased. I saw a lot of effort out there on Wednesday and I really suspect there will be a hangover.

According to Goff, Pontius (calf), Simms (calf), and Burch (hamstring) are healthy and available for Saturday. I like the 2011 Pontius, but if there's any doubt about his ability to go 90', start Tino and you don't lose much. With Morsink still out (concussion) Simms doesn't have a natural replacement, as King isn't really a DM. The real issue is Burchie (the irritating moniker given him by Ben and the FO): do we stick with Woolard, who was steady Wednesday? He has impressed me every time I've seen him play, but can't seem to get on the field in a league match unless Burch is injured. Apparently Burch was sufficiently injured Wednesday to not make the subs bench, but now he is ready to go. I say stick with Woolard.

And with Zayner still out, who plays right back? Ben obviously wants Kitchen on the pitch, but is right back the proper place for him? Both Kitchen and Korb have been burned on occasion this season, but at least Korb has prior experience as an outside back.

Good god, I hope that Woolard stays in there in place of Burch. His speed of play was much faster than Burch's has been. I'd really like to see Korb back at right back with White and Kitchen as CB's.

So you want all 4 on the back line to be rookies?

You sir are a brave man. Or a not quite a savant.
