Wheee! The Battle of the Basement!

We really need to win this in order to acheive my revised 2012 goal for TFC: not finish last.

The article doesn't give much in the way of info on it does it? And even less on Dunfield's injury.

Dunfield's injury would be pretty obvious after the game in Dallas - concussion. The guy looked like a boxer after 10 rounds with Ali.

He'll still play the game though. Hall apparently had a concussion as well. Soccer players often play with concussions (which is incredibly stupid if you ask me)

And, they usually pay a price for it. Remember when TFC had Alecko Eskandarian, and the headgear he had to wear because of multiple concussions he suffered? 'Nuff said.

Certainly nothing in there that says Koevs. won't play. Scary thought. We have no one on the bench really to replace him in a 442.

Soolsma would be the replacement. Different type of striker.

If we don't have another striker to replace him we shouldn't play with two strikers. Pretty simple IMO

Well at least Mariner has been pretty consistent. So our youngest DP has become a bench player.

What's up with de Guzman being out? Is this a second half strategy to bring on an experienced player in the second half? Lambe makes more sense as a second half energetic sub. It's gonna be a hot one out on the field today

To his credit, Lambe has played quite well. ALmost got to see Roberts play. Thought Kocic was coming out. Can't believe Adu of the Barcodes didn't score as he weaved around Emory .. but Eck turned into Superman, drifted over and stopped two shots..

Hall is a disaster. Eckersley is wasted at CB and obviously uncomfortable there. we'd be better off using a true CB option, returning Eck to right-back and Hall sitting on the pine.

I'm watching this on mls live and I have to say that the philly announcers are in the same league as fc Dallas as far as being painful to listen to. You'd think that philly were the class of mls they way they go on about how talented their players are. And of course every call that goes against philly was the wrong one.
